Frontline Services
Frontline staff are the first line of contact for the homeless 24 hours a day, year round. Staff are responsible for 220 residents and another 500 clients who utilize our services on a daily basis.
Our highly trained staff must be able to deal with mental illness, conflict resolution, applied suicide intervention, Diversity training, First Aid and CPR, and medication procedures, all of which are utilized on a daily basis.
Our department is also trained to help those who can no longer care for themselves by helping with a gentle reminder for such things as showers, medication, and transportation to and from important appointments.
