Food Service Training Program

This program is about much more than teaching someone how to cook. It builds self-esteem and confidence, which is fundamental for an individual to succeed. The participants of this program take courses in WHIMIS, health and safety, food handling, standard first aid and knife handling skills. They learn first hand in a working kitchen how to prepare and present a variety of meals.
