Chaplaincy

"faith comes from listening..."
Romans 10:17

The Chaplaincy program provides spiritual counsel and guidance through fellowship, praise, prayer, scripture and reflection. Daily worship services are held in our non-denominational chapel as well, each day in The Home Hospice the terminally ill and their loved ones are offered "the ministry of presence" by way of a listening ear, grief counseling and pastoral care.

The Chaplaincy has an "open door" policy, offering compassion, love, and advocacy for those in need this includes spiritual counsel for those in our drug and alcohol rehabilitation program through weekly Bible study and informal one-on-one sessions.

Two full time Chaplains, a number of Roman Catholic Deacons, conduct Sunday morning worship and a Roman Catholic Priest conducts mass every Friday.

We are grateful to all our donors for making this ministry possible and ask for prayer as we share the love of God within the homeless community.
